Despite their similarities, these cases differ in their nature and consequences.

The Curauma Case focuses on the manipulation of the case assignment algorithm within the judiciary. The Hermosilla Case is having a massive media impact due to the explicit nature of the leaked audio, which directly revealed compromising conversations among those involved. The immediate visibility of these recordings triggered a swift and strong public and legal reaction.
The Curauma Case, though equally corrupted, has not yet seen the same immediate media explosion. However, its impact is profound, challenging the integrity of the justice system on a technical level and exposing vulnerabilities in the administration of justice in cases of significant economic importance.
