#CuraumaCase / What is the Curauma Case.

Curauma S.A. (www.curauma.info) was the developer behind the most significant real estate project in central Chile since 1990, known as "Curauma, the New City." 

The company, led by Chilean businessman Manuel Cruzat Infante, designed, planned, and organized a new city envisioned from the outset as the natural expansion of Greater Valparaíso, strategically connecting the country’s two main urban centers (Santiago and Valparaíso) and establishing itself as a hub for development in the central macro-zone.

The so-called "Curauma Case" extends beyond a private dispute over land plots. It concerns the vision described above and involves various violations of Economic Public Order, implicating high-ranking and reputable executives and lawyers, the financial system, the judiciary, trustees, and various authorities. The resulting social loss has stalled the growth of Greater Valparaíso for over a decade.

We will pursue all legal actions, both in Chile and abroad, to ensure that the sanctions prescribed by law for the various "irregularities" are applied, regardless of who is involved. We anticipate that these actions will include multiple individuals from both private and public organizations.
